A warm welcome to Bon Villa Guesthouse!
Our aim is to provide our guests with a peaceful, safe and pleasant environment in which to relax, while ensuring that guests arriving after you can enjoy the house in the same clean, tidy and well-maintained condition.
We therefore kindly ask you to use the guesthouse, its furnishings, garden and equipment with due care and only for their intended purposes, and to observe the following House Rules.
By using the accommodation, guests acknowledge and accept the provisions of these House Rules.
1. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 PM

The information required for access, including the key safe code, will be provided once the booking conditions have been fulfilled, all applicable charges have been settled, and the legally required guest registration has been completed.
The registration of guests’ identification details is a legal requirement. We kindly ask you to complete the necessary registration before arrival. Different rules may apply to guests under the age of 14 in accordance with the legislation in force at the time.
If you require a personal welcome and check-in, please let us know in advance. The one-time fee for personal guest reception is HUF 5,000.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible subject to availability, prior arrangement and confirmation.

The accommodation may only be used once all charges specified in the booking conditions have been settled.
Please ensure that the exact number of guests staying at the property is stated in the booking.
In the event of voluntary early departure, we are unable to refund the cost of unused nights.
3. Peace and Quiet
One of Bon Villa’s greatest assets is the peace and tranquillity of the Zala countryside and the surrounding vineyard hills. We kindly ask for your cooperation in preserving this atmosphere.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During this period, please avoid in particular:
-
playing loud music,
-
loud conversations, shouting or other excessive noise,
-
using outdoor loudspeakers,
-
any other activity that may disturb local residents or other people enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Parties, events or larger gatherings may only be held at the guesthouse with the operator’s prior and explicit permission.
The operator is entitled to ask any guest violating the House Rules to stop the disturbing behaviour. In the event of serious or repeated violations, the guest’s stay may be terminated.
4. Visitors
The guesthouse and its garden are intended primarily for the exclusive use of registered guests included in the booking.
Visitors may only be received during the daytime with prior consultation and the operator’s consent.
In the event of unauthorised visitors or additional persons staying overnight, the operator is entitled to charge the applicable accommodation fee.
5. Smoking and Fire Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire indoor area of the guesthouse, including the use of electronic cigarettes, IQOS devices and other alternative tobacco products.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
Please always dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. Throwing cigarette butts in the garden, on the terrace, among plants or anywhere else on the property is prohibited.
The use of open flames – including candles, tea lights and incense – is prohibited inside the guesthouse.
The use of fireworks, firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices is prohibited throughout the property.
Bringing flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials onto the property is prohibited.
6. Use of the Stove
The stove in the guesthouse may only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Only suitable fuel may be placed in the stove.
Burning household waste, plastic, treated or painted wood, or any other unsuitable material is strictly prohibited.
The stove must never be left unattended while in operation.
7. Barbecuing and Outdoor Fires
Barbecuing, cooking in a cauldron and lighting an outdoor fire are permitted only in the designated area and under suitable weather conditions.
During windy or extremely dry weather, or when an official fire ban is in force, the use of open flames is prohibited where required by the applicable regulations.
The fire must be continuously supervised until it has completely gone out. If the wind increases, the fire must be extinguished immediately.
Before leaving the area or going to bed, the fire and embers must be completely extinguished, and guests must ensure that there is no risk of the fire reigniting.
We provide enough fuel for one barbecue session. Any additional charcoal or firewood required must be purchased by the guests.
Cleaning the barbecue after use is mandatory.

remove all food and grease residue from the grill grate,
-

8. Use of the Guesthouse and Its Furnishings
Please use all furniture, appliances, equipment and other items in the guesthouse carefully and only for their intended purposes.
Significant rearrangement of furniture or moving furnishings to another room or outdoors is not permitted.
Indoor textiles – especially bed linen, towels, blankets, bedspreads and pillows – must not be taken into the garden or onto the terrace.
Please dry wet towels and clothing using the drying facilities provided and do not place them on furniture, beds or other surfaces that may be damaged by moisture.
Games, books, garden equipment and other items provided for guests must be returned clean, complete and to their original place after use.
9. Cleaning and Condition of the House
The guesthouse is provided to every guest in a clean condition, with fresh bed linen and clean towels.
For stays longer than one week, one complimentary cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels, is provided at a pre-arranged time.
Standard final cleaning is included in the accommodation price. However, this does not include additional cleaning required due to excessive soiling, improper use of the property or failure to comply with the House Rules.
In the event of excessive soiling, the reasonable cost of additional cleaning may be charged separately.
10. Dining and Kitchen Use
The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen.
We kindly ask guests to use the dining area, terrace or suitable areas of the garden for meals whenever possible.
Please avoid eating in the bedrooms, particularly foods that produce crumbs, have strong odours or spoil easily. This helps reduce the risk of insects and prevents staining of textiles and furnishings.
After use, please:
-
wash dishes and kitchen utensils,
-
wipe down work surfaces,
-
return equipment clean to its proper place,
-
remove your own food from the refrigerator before departure.
Metal objects or unsuitable containers must never be placed in the microwave oven.

The accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.
Please ensure that children use the garden, playground equipment and other facilities in an age-appropriate manner and under adult supervision.
12. Parking
Free parking is available for our guests in the enclosed courtyard.
Please park in a manner that does not obstruct other vehicles or pedestrians and does not cause damage to plants or other parts of the garden.
Please drive slowly and carefully within the courtyard.
Vehicle repairs, oil changes or any other maintenance activities that may cause contamination are not permitted in the parking area.
13. Waste Management
Separate waste collection is available at the guesthouse.
Please place waste in the appropriate clearly marked bins.
Where possible, recyclable packaging should be emptied and free of food residue before being placed in the appropriate recycling bin.
Upon departure, please do not leave unwashed dishes, perishable food or large quantities of waste inside the house.
14. Natural Surroundings
Bon Villa is situated on an active vineyard property, close to forests, gardens and vineyards.
Birds, insects, lizards and other small wild animals are a natural part of the surrounding environment.
Please do not feed wild animals and do not leave food outdoors overnight.
We also kindly ask you to protect the plants, fruit trees and other vegetation on the property. Pruning, breaking branches or picking fruit or plants without permission is not permitted.
15. Energy and Water Use
We kindly ask our guests to use water and energy responsibly.
When leaving the guesthouse, please:
-
switch off unnecessary lights,
-
switch off the air conditioning,
-
turn off water taps.
The electrical system of the guesthouse is designed for normal household use. High-powered personal electrical equipment may only be connected with prior approval.
Please do not alter the settings of the fuse box, heating system or other technical equipment. In the event of a problem, please contact the designated contact person.
16. Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access is available to guests at the property.
The operator cannot accept responsibility for temporary interruptions caused by the internet service provider or other external technical circumstances.
17. Valuables
When leaving the guesthouse, please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator cannot accept responsibility for cash, valuables, electronic devices or other personal belongings left in the guesthouse or on the property, nor for vehicles parked in the courtyard or valuables left inside them.

The documented cost of repairing or replacing damage caused intentionally, negligently or through improper use, as well as the replacement cost of lost or missing equipment, will be charged to the person responsible.
Please do not attempt to conceal or repair damage yourself. Prompt notification usually makes resolving the issue considerably easier.
19. Lost and Forgotten Property
Where possible, non-perishable items found at the guesthouse will be kept for a reasonable period.
If you request the return of an item left behind, the cost of postage or courier delivery will be borne by the guest.
We are unable to store food, medication, hygiene products or other perishable items or items that cannot be stored safely.
20. Technical Problems and Emergencies
If you notice any malfunction, irregularity, water leakage, electrical problem or other technical fault, please contact the designated contact person immediately.
Please do not attempt to dismantle or repair technical equipment yourself.
In the event of an accident, fire or other serious emergency, call the 112 emergency number if necessary and then notify the designated contact person.
21. Complaints
Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you experience any problem, deficiency or malfunction during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue while you are still at the property.
22. Other Provisions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or damage resulting from events beyond the operator’s control and which could not reasonably have been prevented, such as externally caused interruptions to utility or internet services, extreme weather conditions or other unavoidable external circumstances.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the House Rules, intentional endangerment of the property or its surroundings, or significant disturbance of other people’s peace and quiet, the operator is entitled to require the guest to cease the violation and, where justified, to terminate the stay.
In such cases attributable to the guest, no refund will be provided for unused accommodation.
